📌 Purpose

To ensure client confidentiality and secure communication throughout every project under Funnel Mastery ICH (a division of Gomsu Information Technologies).


🔒 Part 1 — NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) Overview

✅ What You Must Do

  • Always sign an NDA before collecting or accessing any client data (business details, ad accounts, CRM, or campaign reports).

  • Use only the official Funnel Mastery ICH NDA template.

  • Mark all client materials as “Confidential.”

  • Share client data only with authorized internal team members.

  • Store all signed NDAs securely in the client’s official folder.

  • Delete or return all client files once the project ends or if requested.

  • Inform clients that their data is fully protected under the signed NDA.

❌ What You Must Not Do

  • Don’t use client funnels, creatives, or strategies for other clients.

  • Don’t discuss any client information in team demos or public forums.

  • Don’t share account screenshots, budgets, or performance reports outside authorized channels.

  • Don’t share credentials through personal chat apps or unsecured links.

  • Don’t alter NDA terms without legal or management approval.


💬 Part 2 — Official Communication Protocol

✅ Do’s

  • Communicate with clients only through the official email channel designated during project initiation.

  • The support team must respond exclusively via the dedicated Funnel Mastery ICH support email (as mentioned in onboarding).

  • Verify the sender’s identity before sharing any sensitive project updates or credentials.

  • Escalate suspicious or unofficial messages immediately to the project lead.

❌ Don’ts

  • Do not respond to client inquiries or requests that come from any unauthorized or unknown email address.

  • ❌ Do not use personal email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other social media to discuss client matters.

  • ❌ Do not forward official project details to external emails unless pre-approved and logged.
